We start the day with a good breakfast of “pagès”, in the wine cellar La Vinyeta de Mollet de Peralada. The young couple, Josep and Marta, who are the responsible of this viticulture project, will share with you this experience surrounded by vineyards and hundredyearsold olive trees. You will enjoy of a breakfast made up of a cold meat assortment and its traditional pâté, made by Josep’s parents in Can Serraplà, and cheeses made of quince, elaborated by Marta’s mother. Wines and oils from La Vinyeta will give an added touch to the plan. The proposal includes a guided visit into the winery where you will learn deeply about the history of this land, Empordà. You will also see how the wine is elaborated and you will taste the “little angels” from the winery.
